- 8 0z. of softened cream cheese
- 1 and 1/2 cups of shredded swiss cheese (I used a swiss and gruyere mix)
- 1 cup medium bodied beer (I used Sam Adam’s Boston Lager)
- 1 teaspoon of worcestershire sauce
- Crispy bacon to top it off
- Add softened cream cheese and beer to saucepan and whisk over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Add Swiss cheese and continue to whisk until it’s creamy and smooth.
- Add worcestershire sauce.
- Finally, top it all of with your cooked bacon bits!
