As we jump into Spring I can’t help thinking how fast time flies. This will mark my third Spring in New York. Each season brings something special; something that is unique to New York and New York only. Three apartments, two jobs, and dozens of shoes later I’m still here and am still looking forward to next Spring. Here are some photos I’ve taken of seasons past.

(View of Manhattan from Brooklyn)

90 degree days, overpriced ac units, looking shiny in every photo taken, and escaping to the Hampton’s is Summer in NYC.

(Central Park)

Competitive boot shopping, pumpkin lattes, leather jackets, and football in the park is Fall in NYC.

(92nd St. and Lexington)

Delayering in the subway, ice skating, never any snow days, and wearing a puffer jacket is Winter in NYC.

(Central Park)

Long outdoor brunches, Hunter rain boots, picnics in the park, and getting away wearing a light jacket is Spring in NYC.

    Your photos are gorgeous.

Spring in NYC, after a long winter, is pretty incredible.

I like this post 🙂 I’d say these are pretty accurate depictions. Except you left out how hot and humid the subway platforms get in the summer that you think you’ve died and gone to hell.. but that has its charms too…
